SKILLS PROGRAMME

Features a combination of Unit Standards. The skills programme is outcomes based and allows individuals to gain a more thorough understanding of the industry they are entering into. Skills programmes supports learner objectives.

UNIT STANDARD PROGRAMMES

Are occupation-based learning programmes which are aimed at building skills which enhances work performance and which incorporates at least one unit standard which is registered with a SETA. Unit Standard programmes are usually covered over a few days and are offered on and off-site.

LEARNERSHIPS

Are a work-based route to qualification. It is a workplace education and training programmes comprising of both practical workplace (on-the-job) experience and structured theoretical training. Learnerships span over 12 months

We recruit learners for learnerships according to your demographic requirements. This includes PWD recruitment

Training

We offer immersive training opportunities for unemployed as well as employed learners.

Work Placements

We ensure that unemployed learners receive their workplace experience as per SETA requirements.

CSI projects

We work closely with a number of social projects, especially schools in deep rural areas.
